I work with individuals who want to improve performance in a variety of fields. Therapy approaches and techniques can be individualized to address anxiety and specific traumatic experiences that are creating blocks in performance. Hypnosis can be utilized as a tool for accessing inner strengths, deep relaxation, and creating specific strategies in achieving performance goals.
